How to prepare your business travel!
3 month before the fair inform us or the embassy about all necessary requirement for your business travel/holidaying.
Look for and reserve a hotel room. You can go to our travel agency online services.
Check your passport for the date of expiry. Passport must be valid for at least six months.
Book a flight with us on time
1 Months before the fair begins Have a reservation for an appointment at the embassy
Pay for your trade visitor package to us and receive your invitation letter as well as your admission tickets to the fair by express mail sending.
Get a travel health insurance for your business trip. Optionally you can add a travel health insurance to your trade visitor package or you arrange for it with your travel agent.
* 1 Month before the fair Have all your document ready for your visa appointment and receive your Schengen visa for the trade show
* Check the weather at your final destination as the months from October to March can be very cold in the northern hemisphere.
* Prepare your visit by checking the exhibitor list of the trade show you are going to visit. Make a plan with companies you want to see first. Put priorities on companies of sub sectors that you wish to see and contact. (Our leading trade shows often have more than 3,000 exhibitors).
* 2 Days before the fair pack your bag and have a good and safe business trip.
